Delivery and Collection

Click & collect — same day

Call or WhatsApp us with what you need and we’ll have it ready at the trade counter. Most stock items can be collected within the hour during opening times. Pay at the counter by card or cash, or on account if you hold one.

Local delivery — North West London

We run our own van across North West London — Kingsbury, Wembley, Colindale, Hendon, Harrow, Edgware, Stanmore, Willesden and nearby postcodes (NW, HA and neighbouring areas). Delivery is normally next working day, often same day for orders placed in the morning. Delivery charges depend on the size of the order and the distance; larger orders and account customers are usually free. Ask when you order.

Bigger items and site drops

Boilers, cylinders, baths, radiators and full bathroom suites are delivered kerbside or to the ground-floor entrance of the site. Tell us if access is tight or there’s no parking and we’ll plan around it.

Further afield

Outside our van area we can arrange courier delivery for suitable items. Call for a price.
