Plumbing Set Ltd, 510 Kingsbury Road, London NW9 9HE (“we”, “us”) runs the website plumbingset.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or contact us, and how we use it. Last updated 9 September 2026.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or a form on this site, we keep the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you are asking about — so we can answer you and deal with your order or enquiry.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (WordPress.com / Automattic) and the Jetpack statistics service record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site you came from. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, manage trade accounts, and keep records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices). We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. We only pass information to companies that help us run the business — such as our card-payment provider, delivery couriers, or manufacturers for warranty claims — and only what they need.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of essential cookies needed for it to work, and Jetpack statistics cookies that help us count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to two years after our last contact. Order and account records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@plumbingset.com or write to the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
